Do you ship outside/or anywhere in India?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders within India. For international shipping, standard rates apply.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order within two weeks.

Are there any duties and taxes?

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified over email/telephone.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB via email. You can check the status on the carrier’s website.

Are International orders eligible for returns?

International orders are not eligible for returns.

Are “As Per Sample” Size orders eligible for returns?

“As per Sample” size is not eligible for returns.

How much time I have to return the product ?

Since we custom make our products, we allow 7 days return.

Is there any charge for return?

WE WILL CHARGE Rs. 150/- AS HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL RETURNS. BALANCE VALUE WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR BANK A/C OR CREDIT CARD. (NO CASH REFUND).

What is the Return Process?

We include a prefilled return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you. All you need to do is to paste this label on your return packet.

Email us at care@stshop.in or whatsapp / call us on + 91 8291163624 with your order details, reason for return. 

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the return pick up courier booked for the same address we delivered.

Will I get refund on returned Products?

Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags, if any, are intact. Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify You of your right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7-10 working days of the day we confirmed to You via e-mail that You are entitled to a refund.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept any return/ cancellation/refund of any order for any reason.

Is there any charge for return?

What about size exchange?

Exchange is not available. We recommend you process your return and re purchase the size you want.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept any return/ cancellation/refund of any order for any reason.

What if you (Company S&T) cancel the order?

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us (company) after your credit card/debit card/net banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed/refunded back in your mode of payment.

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed/refunded back to your mode of payment.

What if I (customer) want to cancel the order?

 At our sole discretion, we allow cancellation within 24 hours of order placed; the said amount will be reversed/refunded back to your mode of payment. To cancel a purchase made, please write to us at  care@stshop.in Cancellation requests should be sent within 24 hours of purchase or we would be unable to entertain any cancellations. This is because we custom make our products and post 24 hours the production process usually begins. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept cancellation/refund of any order for any reason.
